To exercise this right, contact us via our Contact page with your order number. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a defective or non-conforming product.

 

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

 

If a product arrives defective, contact us within 48 hours with supporting photos for a free replacement or refund.
